I am curious.    Crowdsourcing.  What type of honey bottles do you prefer and where do you buy your honey bottles?    I am looking to “reload” my stock for my latest extraction.

I get mine at Forest Hill.  They have a nice selection and they sell lids separately. If I need more I will probably try Beeworks this year.   All of my honey harvest is for gifts and so I stretch it by doing glass half pound jars with the skep shape or the square antique looking apothecary type with a cork top.

I like clear plastic with flip tops - 1pd.  Because the are cheap and I can use CLEAN new ones every year.    Even though I appreciate the gesture - I don't like when people return to me empty jars (especially when they are labeled).   I don't want to take the time to wash, sanitize and store for re-use.   It is especially a PITA when the labels needs to removed.   I know it is not very green of me but it's my precious time.   Please nobody hate on me - FWIW:  I do reuse the glass to fulfil family and friend requests.

I prefer glass.  I started buying mine from Beeworks in Quakertown.  They have very good prices.
